Dépannage chaudière.

Propre.

Appelé pour un dépannage de chaudière : le technicien n'est pas venu et le secrétariat sensé répondre 24/7 sonnait dans le vide.
Quatre heures après l'heure du rendez-vous on m'annonce que personne ne viendra sans une excuse et sans une justification.
La visite du lendemain était plus chère que prévue (les tarifs ne sont pas clairs).
Je n'ai aucune trace du diagnostic établi.
La facture était antidatée et forfaitaire (idéal pour camoufler ce qui a été fait)
La secrétaire était désagréable.
